With the 4-stand continuous finishing mill at NLMK Clabecq, our floor plates offer an extensive range of sizes and steel grades. These heavy plates have been specifically shaped to provide unparalleled advantages in various industries.

One of the key features of our floor plates is their excellent anti-slip properties, especially in greasy and outdoor environments. This makes them ideal for building applications, ship and offshore platforms decks, stairways, mobile bridges, dock levellers, quays, and more.

In addition, our floor plates are resistant to continuous passing and are built to last in harsh weather and utilization conditions. They can withstand common impacts, ensuring durability and reliability.

Our floor plates are available in different steel grades, including S235, S275 JR/JO/J2, S355 JR/JO/J2/K2, S420MC, S460MC, Grade A, B, D, and ASTM A36. They also meet shipbuilding quality standards, such as Grade A(H)36, B(H)36, D(H)36, E(H)36, and A283 Grade A, B, C, D, as well as A572 Grade 50 type 1.

The dimensions of our floor plates range from 3-25.4 mm, and the delivery conditions can vary depending on the steel and width. Our floor plates can be delivered in rolled conditions, normalized rolled, normalized, or thermomechanical controlled rolled conditions for maximum convenience and suitability for different industrial applications.
