Kelvion offers a wide range of heat exchanger coils that are specifically designed for various applications in the HVAC and industrial sectors. Our coils are customized based on specific requirements such as tube diameters, tube patterns, fin profiles, and materials.

Our heat exchanger coils are manufactured using copper tubes and either aluminum or copper fins. These fins are equipped with special profiles that have been developed by our dedicated R&D department. These profiles enhance the heat transfer capabilities of the coils and ensure that pressure drop remains at a moderate level.

To achieve customized fin spacing, our coils are designed with collars that also provide the necessary contact between the fin block and the tubes. The mechanical expansion of the tubes ensures a perfect bond between the fins and the tubes, which maximizes heat transfer between the two fluids.
