Due to its superior features, mineral insulated heaters have become essential in a vast array of industrial heating applications. ThermSys, a reputable provider of industrial heating solutions, offers a comprehensive range of mineral insulated heaters (MI-heater). These heaters come in various diameters, ranging from 0.5mm to 6.5mm, and are constructed with a durable stainless steel sheath. The available stainless steel options include AISI 304, AISI 304L, AISI 316L, AISI 321, and AISI 316Ti, offering excellent resistance to high temperatures up to 700°C. For even more demanding applications, ThermSys also offers mineral insulated heaters with an Inconel 600 sheath (2.4816), capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1000°C. Additionally, upon request, ThermSys can provide special alloys like AISI 310S, Inconel 625, Inconel 800, and others, ensuring a customized solution for unique industrial heating requirements.
