The machine body is crafted from sturdy clean steel plate, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance. The rollers are made of high-quality 63 RW tool steel, which is hardened and polished to enhance their strength and functionality.

Equipped with a pneumatic pilot release system, the upper roller lifts in parallel guided on a gear rack. This system guarantees precise and efficient operation. Additionally, the entry catenary rolls and manual edge guides contribute to seamless and accurate feeding.

Our threephase servo drive also boasts simple programming capabilities, allowing you to effortlessly set up even the most complex feeding cycles. The display provides clear and easy-to-read information for convenient operation.

You will also find manual functions such as creep speed, jog mode, and single feed-to-length, which are essential for setup purposes. Furthermore, the memory feature enables you to save and recall job programs swiftly, facilitating quick changeovers.

To accommodate different mounting requirements, our servo drive comes with a mounting bracket that can be adjusted in height. This adjustment can be done via a spindle or a hydraulic hand pump. For added convenience, motorized height adjustment is available as an optional feature.

Depending on your needs, you can opt for either hard chromed or polyurethane coated rollers. Additionally, we offer the option of Topochrome coating for high-grip feeding, ensuring optimal performance in demanding applications.

To ensure the highest level of feeding accuracy, our servo drive features a measuring wheel system. This system guarantees precise and consistent feeding, even for the most intricate tasks.

To enhance piloting speed, stroke limitation is incorporated into our servo drive. This feature allows for faster and more efficient operation.

For thin stocks starting at a thickness of 0.1 mm, our servo drive offers fine adjustment of the upper roller and strip guiding device. This ensures reliable and accurate feeding, even for delicate materials.

Lastly, our servo drive is equipped with central edge guides, which can be adjusted effortlessly using a hand wheel. This feature further enhances the overall functionality and performance of our product.
