Featuring self-centering coil side guides that can be continuously adjusted, our machine guarantees accurate alignment of the coils. The wide-opening alligator type straightening head makes threading effortless and convenient.

To cater to different straightening requirements, our machine offers a range of 5 to 21 individually adjustable straightening rollers. This flexibility allows for exceptional quality control in achieving desired straightening outcomes.

Equipped with a three-phase servo motor torque transmission system, our machine drives all bottom straightening rollers, pinch rollers, and cradle rollers simultaneously. This ensures consistent and efficient operation.
