Introducing our high-quality beverage industry hose, designed specifically for handling carbon dioxide, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of up to 96%.

Constructed with a light-colored special tube, this hose is built to withstand tension and pressure while remaining highly elastic thanks to its fabric inlays. For added durability, an optional concealed steel spiral can be included. The red cover of the hose is not only abrasion-resistant but also weather-resistant, ensuring it can withstand various environmental conditions.

Both the interior and exterior of the hose feature a smooth, fabric-patterned design that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional. This design makes the hose suitable for CIP (Cleaning in Place) and conventional cleaning methods, and it can even withstand brief steam cleaning of up to 120°C.

When it comes to food safety, our SIMON food quality hoses meet all the current requirements of the German Institute for Consumer Health Protection and Veterinary Medicine (BfR) as well as the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA).
