Introducing our high-quality finish food-grade hose, specially designed for the brewing and beverages industry. This versatile hose is ideal for transporting a wide range of liquids including beer, brewing yeast, unfermented wines, fruit juice, carbon dioxide, and alcohols up to 96% concentration.

Constructed with a light-colored EPDM tube, this hose is not only tension and pressure resistant but also highly elastic, thanks to the inclusion of fabric inlays. For added durability and strength, an optional concealed steel spiral can be included. The red, abrasion-resistant, and weather-resistant EPDM cover provides excellent protection against wear and tear. Both the interior and exterior of the hose feature a smooth, fabric patterned finish.

Our food-grade hose is suitable for CIP (cleaning-in-place) as well as conventional cleaning methods, including brief steam cleaning up to 120°C. Rest assured that all food qualities used in manufacturing this hose meet the stringent requirements set by the German Institute for Consumer Health Protection and Veterinary Medicine (BfR) and the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA).

For your convenience, our hose is available in both roll form and fixed lengths, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs. If required, we can also provide hoses with built-in fittings using our SIMON - Vulkofix method.
