Pilana Metal s.r.o., established in 1934, is a reputable manufacturer of sawing tools. Situated in the Czech Republic, our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped with modern machinery and employs the latest technology. This enables us to develop high-speed steel Bimetal Band-Saw Blades containing tungsten, molybdenum, chrome, cobalt, and vanadium. In addition to offering various types of Bimetal M-42 and M51 grade blades for metal cutting, we have also installed a heat treating unit for inline hardening. This equipment enhances production efficiency, ensures consistent quality, and eliminates the need for mechanical straightening.

Pilana Metal cutting blades are specifically designed for cutting challenging materials such as stainless steel, monel, Nickel, inconel, titanium, alloy steels, and both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
