OTE Präzisionsfinish GmbH was established in 1996 in Straubenhardt, near Pforzheim in southwest Germany. Initially focused on providing polishing tools for the jewellery and watchmaking sectors, OTEC has grown into a globally operating company serving a diverse range of industries. With headquarters in Germany, OTEC now has a workforce of approximately 100 employees, and its management, research, and production facilities span an impressive 8000 m².

Through continuous innovation and an expanding workforce, OTEC has broadened its scope of applications, developing a seamless integration of machines and consumables. This successful combination is now utilized by thousands of customers worldwide. In 2013, OTEC achieved a turnover of approximately 17 million euros.
