Opsil LTD is a semiconductor materials production company that traces its roots back to the 1980s. We specialize in the production of gallium arsenide (GaAs), gallium phosphite (GaP), indium phosphite (InP), and monocrystalline silicon for various industries.

Our journey began with the production of GaAs monocrystals, which were sawed and polished to create wafers. Building on our success, we expanded our product line to include GaP and InP monocrystals, further enhancing our capabilities.

In the mid-80s, we ventured into the production of monocrystalline silicon, catering to the electronics, optics, and photovoltaics sectors. Today, we are equipped with advanced machinery such as three pulling machines for monocrystalline silicon, a sawing machine, external grinding machines, inside sliding machines, an annealing furnace, a faceting machine, and measuring equipment for input and output control.

Our dedicated team comprises highly qualified workers with extensive experience in this production field, ensuring the highest standards in our products.

We have a strong global presence, with our products being sold in Israel, Germany, France, Sweden, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and the United States.
