KURSUNEL KALIP is a manufacturing company that specializes in the production of tinplate metal progressive molds and tinplate parts. The company was established by Hasan Kursunel in a small 25m2 space, but has since expanded to cover an impressive 2000m2 area.

Drawing on our experience and knowledge gained from working with industry leaders such as MERCEDES-BENZ TURK INC. and TUMOSAN SAF HOLLAND GMBH, KURSUNEL KALIP introduced the TOGGLE CLAMP under the KUKAMET trademark. Prior to manufacturing, extensive research and development activities were carried out to ensure that the TOGGLE CLAMP meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and durability. As a result, the final product has received favorable reviews and has been well-received by users in the market.

In the development process, we utilized advanced software programs such as Unigraphics CAD-CAM, Catia V5 R18 CAD, Autoform Forming, and Reality programs. These tools helped us optimize our design and manufacturing processes, allowing us to deliver superior products to our customers.
