Our range of pipeline crawler systems are specifically designed for inspecting circumferential butt welds in various new pipelines, including oil and gas transmission pipelines. These self-contained and self-powered exposure vehicles are capable of conducting NDT applications both on and off shore, ranging from 6” to 72” (15.24cm to 183cm) in diameter.

The Betatron range comprises of four systems, each offering different maximum energy outputs, namely 2.5, 6, 7, 7.5, and 9MeV. Not only do these systems provide cost savings, but they also offer enhanced portability compared to larger non-portable systems like linear accelerators (Linacs), which can cost up to ten times more than a JME Betatron.

Furthermore, our portable Betatron systems are capable of inspecting a wide range of materials. They produce radiographs of objects with a thickness of up to 300mm of steel and 1mtr of concrete, ensuring reliable and accurate inspection results.
