SC FORJA NEPTUN S.R.L. is a Romanian company established in 2002 and wholly owned by Romanian investors. Our primary focus is on manufacturing high-quality forgings for various industries.

Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and advanced testing laboratories, we ensure the quality and reliability of our raw materials and finished parts. Our capabilities include producing forged parts from carbon steel, alloy steel, high-alloy steel, and non-ferrous materials. Whether it is open-die, close-die, or free-forging, we can manufacture parts of different sizes and shapes, weighing up to 5000 kgs. Our semifinished products can be delivered in various conditions, including forged, machined, heat treated, and accompanied by all necessary quality documents.

To cater to the specific needs of our customers in close-die forging, we operate five modern maxi-press lines, ranging from 750 to 4,000 tons, with induction heating and automatic temperature control. Additionally, our hydraulic presses and free forging hammers enable us to provide free forging services. Our production facilities, including a new production site and administrative building, cover a total area of 60,000 m².

In order to expand our capabilities, we have also invested in a rolling mill that allows us to produce small rolled rings. This enables us to offer a comprehensive range of forging solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
