Fontana Ermes is a Parma ham producer with a rich and esteemed heritage in the industry. With a comprehensive internal production cycle, we are one of the few companies that have complete control over every aspect of the process. Our packing department, authorized by the Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma, carries out the delicate task of slicing hams, which are meticulously supervised by the Istituto Parma Qualità.

Every year, we process an impressive amount of meat, processing over 5 million kilograms to produce approximately 350,000 hams. This high capacity allows us to meet the demands of our customers, ensuring that they receive the finest quality Parma ham.
