Our group of companies specializes in the production and export of natural emery grains for various applications. These include grit blasting, dry shake hardener, abrasives production, metal polishing, factory floors, roads, bridges, and airport highways for anti-slip and anti-abrasion purposes. Our products adhere to fepa standards, ranging from f5 up to f320, as well as various sizes such as 5-8 mm, 3-5 mm, 2-5 mm, 1-3 mm, and 0.5-2 mm.
Our emery grains with grit sizes 24, 30, 36, 46, and 60 can be used as a substitute for fused brown aluminium oxide in the production of cutting and grinding discs. By replacing 30% of the total aluminium oxide, our products offer a cost-effective solution compared to our competitors. Additionally, our other fepa standard emery grits are often combined with fused aluminium oxide to provide cost effectiveness for abrasive producers.
Furthermore, we also specialize in the production and export of polishing abrasives for marble, terrazzo tiles, and granite. Our offerings include frankfurt magnesite, velox, synthetic bonded, mm.300 Plates, and 100x50x50 mm rectangular prisms. We also produce and export frankfurt type 5 extra, 10 extra, and 20 extra polishing abrasives, as well as 5 extra fickert polishing abrasives.
Lastly, our group is involved in the production of artificial millstones made from emery. These millstones come in sizes ranging from mm.200 up to 1200 and have been produced since 1952. In addition, we manufacture and export vertical and horizontal grinding mills for various uses such as cereals, flour, spices, coffee, animal feed, and salt.
