We specialize in the sizing and manufacturing of stamped and punched parts for various industries. Our expertise also extends to designing and constructing the necessary tools for production. At our four workshops, equipped with over 50 punching machines, six punching units, and additional equipment for threads, assembling, laser welding, vibratory grinding, polishing, and tempering, our team of specialists can bring your design requirements to life.

Our range of processing services covers copper, copper alloys, brass, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials. With a high manufacturing depth, we are able to oversee the core processes for both tool and part manufacturing in-house. This allows us to efficiently handle small and medium series production, thanks to our advanced BIHLER BNC manufacturing systems in the field of punching.

For large series production, we utilize punching machines with camera surveillance and offer 24/7 operation with automatic container changers, if needed. This ensures continuous production and maximizes efficiency.
