Our company is a leading producer in the industry of deoiled sunflower lecithin powder. With a production capacity of 30 tons per month, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Our deoiled sunflower lecithin powder boasts an impressive composition, with a minimum phospholipids content of 97%. It also has a maximum Hexane Toluene insolubles content of 0.3%, ensuring its purity. Furthermore, our product has a Peroxide Value of less than 0.1% (measured in mmol/kg), indicating its excellent quality. The moisture content is kept at 1.0%, while the Acid Value stands at 16.00 (measured in mg KON/g). The oil content is minimal, at only 1.0%.

To maintain the freshness and quality of our product, we pack it in 10 kg bags on a pallet. The packaging consists of a primary PE liner bag that is sealed, ensuring the product remains secure. Additionally, we offer the option of a secondary packaging choice, either a PP bag or a corrugated box.

Our deoiled sunflower lecithin powder has a shelf life of up to 24 months, provided it is stored in a cool dry place. This longevity ensures that our customers can enjoy its benefits over an extended period.

We take pride in adhering to industry standards and have obtained the ISO 22000:2005 certification, which demonstrates our commitment to maintaining high-quality production processes and ensuring food safety. Moreover, our product is certified Kosher, meeting the requirements of Jewish dietary laws.
