Our company specializes in a revolutionary casting resin system called ALWA MOULD D. This patented system is not only the fastest curing casting resin in the world, but it is also incredibly easy to use without the need for post-tempering.

One of the standout features of our system is its impressive pot life of just 20 minutes, allowing for immediate deep drawing after demoulding. Whether it's casting large bathtubs or small chocolate moulds, our ALWA MOULD D system can handle weights ranging from 1 to 2500 kg.

Notably, commercial vehicle manufacturer Aixam has been utilizing our system with great success for several years.

In addition to our casting resin system, we also offer ALWA POR porous plates, which eliminate the need for time-consuming drilling of vacuum holes. These plates are known for their exceptional stability, compressive strength, and permanent temperature resistance of over 190 °C.

ALWA POR plates are versatile and can be used for a wide range of applications, such as vacuum deep drawing, forming processes, aeration for aquariums, fish ponds, and sewage treatment plants.
