Our products are designed to offer guaranteed security against explosions caused by dangerous dusts and gases.In our existing stock, we have the Kalefeld cemp-flameproof motors and hazardous motors Exd(de) IIC T4. These motors range from frame size 63 to 160 for 2-pole motors (0.18 – 18.5 kW), and from frame size 63 to 180 for 4-pole motors (0.12 – 22 kW). All motors in stock come with Ptc thermistors for added safety. If you require other frame sizes and versions, we can fulfill your order within 2-8 weeks.Our Cemp Explosion Proof Motors, available in both IE1 and IE2 High Efficiency, are designed for use in hazardous environments. We offer Flameproof-Explosionproof Brake Motors in Series D, H, and P cast iron, ranging from frame size 63 to 250. These motors have Ex-d and Ex-de certifications, and are suitable for use in temperature classes T3, T4, and T5. The power range for these motors is from 0.18 to 55 kW, and they provide protection levels of IP55 and IP66. They are also ATEX IIB and IIC certified.Additionally, we offer the Series F-F aluminium motors, ranging from frame size 63 to 80. These motors are also Ex-d and Ex-de certified and suitable for use in temperature classes T3, T4, and T5. The power range for these motors is from 0.12 to 1.5 kW, and they provide protection levels of IP55 and IP66.
