Cemp specializes in providing customized solutions for various industries including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power plants, minings, on-shore and off-shore plants, and the shipbuilding industry. Our products are designed to ensure guaranteed security against explosions caused by dangerous dust and gases.We offer a range of Cemp-Flameproof Motors and Hazardous Motors Exd(de) IIC T4 in different frame sizes, including 2-poles (0.18 - 18.5 kW) and 4-poles (0.12 - 22 kW). All motors in our existing stock come equipped with Ptc thermistors for added safety. In addition to the motors in stock, we can provide other frame sizes and versions within 2-8 weeks after receiving an order.Our Cemp Explosion Proof Motors and Hazardous Motors are available in both IE1 and IE2 High Efficiency options. The Flameproof-Explosionproof Motors Series A are made of cast iron and come in frame sizes ranging from 63 to 315. They are certified for Ex-d and Ex-de protection, with temperature classes T3, T4, T5, and T6. The power range for these motors is 0.12 - 200 kW, and they offer IP55 and IP66 protection. They are also compliant with ATEX IIB/IIC standards.On the other hand, our Series F motors are made of aluminum and are available in frame sizes 63 to 80. They also provide Ex-d and Ex-de protection, with temperature classes T3, T4, T5, and T6. The power range for these motors is 0.06 - 1.5 kW, and they offer IP55 and IP66 protection. They are also compliant with ATEX IIB/IIC standards.
