QD Health is a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of Surgical Masks Type IIR in Spain. Our masks are specially designed to meet the requirements of EN 14683: 2019 + AC: 2019, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our customers.

What sets us apart is our commitment to maximum reliability. We are officially licensed by the AEMPS (Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices), which is a state agency under the Spanish Ministry of Health. This license guarantees that our products adhere to strict quality standards and provide accurate information. The AEMPS is the equivalent regulatory body in Spain to the European Medicines Agency (EMA), further demonstrating our dedication to excellence.

Our Surgical Masks Type IIR are manufactured in a controlled environment known as a white room, which conforms to ISO Class 8 standards. This ensures that contaminants are eliminated and that temperature, humidity, and pressure are carefully regulated throughout the manufacturing process.

As a company with one of the highest production capacities in Europe, we have the ability to produce 25 million masks per month. This means that we are well-prepared to meet the demands of the healthcare industry and other businesses that rely on our products to ensure the safety of their workers.

In terms of packaging options, we offer three sizes of flow packs. The first size contains 12 masks per pack, with 120 packs per box, totaling 1,440 masks per box (equivalent to approximately 28,800 masks per pallet). The second size contains 25 masks per pack, with 72 packs per box, totaling 1,800 masks per box (approximately 36,000 masks per pallet). The third size contains 50 masks per pack, with 30 packs per box, totaling 1,500 masks per box (around 30,000 masks per pallet).

Each flow pack is clearly labeled with the type of mask and the standard it complies with (IIR EN14683). Additionally, it includes our AEMPS license number, CE symbol, and batch number to ensure traceability. Furthermore, the information on the packaging is provided in three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and we have the capacity to include more languages upon request.
