Our tools, also known as spark resistant hand tools, are made from special Aluminum-Bronze (Al-Br) or Copper-Beryllium (Cu-Be) alloys. These materials ensure that our tools can be safely used in hazardous environments where the presence of flammable or combustible vapors, liquids, dusts, or residues is a concern.
Our extensive line of non-sparking safety tools includes wrenches, hammers, pliers, flange wedges, striking wrenches, impact sockets, screwdrivers, shovels, and various tool kits. These tools are designed to comply with ATEX Directives for Ex Zones, including Zones 0, 1, and 2 (Flammable Gas, Mists, or Vapors); Zones 20, 21, and 22 (Combustible Dusts); as well as M1 and M2 for mining environments.
In addition to our non-sparking tools, we also manufacture a wide range of other hand tools. This includes brass hammers, copper hammers, special steel hand tools, titanium hand tools, insulated hand tools, and stainless steel hand tools (304 & 420). Our product range covers 400 different classes and 3000 specifications, ensuring that we can meet various customer requirements.
