Product Description - Static Inline Mixers and Dynamic Inline Mixers

Our company, MPT DOSING GMBH, is a manufacturer and producer of static inline mixers and dynamic inline mixers. These mixers are specifically designed for use in the water and wastewater treatment industry.

Static inline mixers are ideal for applications where a constant and consistent mixing is required. They do not have a driving motor and instead rely on the flow of the fluid to create a homogeneous mixture. These mixers are commonly used in processes such as chemical dosing, gas-liquid mixing, and reaction acceleration.

Dynamic inline mixers, on the other hand, have a driving motor with a variable agitator speed. This allows for the adjustment of the mixing energy as needed. These mixers are particularly effective in the intensive and adjustable mixture of polymer flocculation agents with sludge on dewatering machines like (belt) filter presses.

By using dynamic inline mixers, the active ingredient contained in the polymer is dispersed evenly in the sludge to be dewatered. This results in improved dewatering characteristics and a significant reduction in the required flocculation agent. Oftentimes, a suboptimal mixture of the flocculation agents is compensated by increasing the dosed quantity. However, this approach may lead to the addition of excess water to the system, which can be counterproductive.

Our dynamic inline mixers are designed to ensure efficient and uniform mixing of flocculation agents with sludge, leading to better overall dewatering results.
