EN1177 rubber tiles, also known as outdoor rubber tiles or rubber tile pavers, are designed specifically for playground areas to ensure the safety of children. Complying with the EN1177 test standard, these rubber tiles are engineered to reduce the risk of injuries from falls based on fall height guidelines.

The thickness of the rubber tiles varies depending on the specific fall height requirements. This is crucial because a poorly structured rubber tile can have a negative impact on its lifespan. To address this, Todobelt has developed three different structures of granule combinations. The most cost-effective option is the 20 mesh top surface with a 5 mesh bottom surface. For a more stable structure, the recommended choice is the 20 mesh top surface with a 10 mesh bottom surface.
