Our company, ROKVELAS, UAB, specializes in the machining of steels and metals. With our state-of-the-art equipment, we offer a wide range of services to meet your machining needs.

Our CNC punching capabilities allow us to handle sheets up to 4mm in thickness and sizes of 1250x3000 mm. We can also provide precision CNC bending up to 3000 mm in length and 100T of force. In addition, our sheet rolling capabilities extend to sheets up to 4 mm thick and widths of 1500 mm.

We have CNC milling capabilities using both 3-axis and 4-axis vertical machining centers. Our 3-axis machines can handle sizes of up to 2000x500x600 mm, while our 4-axis machine can handle sizes of up to 2000x540x440 mm.

Our CNC turning capabilities cover a range of diameters. We can handle rods up to D65 mm, and for larger parts, we have a CNC turning machine with a vertical setup that can handle diameters up to D250 and lengths of up to L160.

For cutting operations, we have automatic band saw machines that can handle sizes up to 400x400 mm and lengths of up to 12000 mm. We also offer sheet cutting services using a CNC plasma machine, capable of cutting sheets up to 50x3000x10000 in size.

Finally, we provide flat grinding services with a capacity of 200x500 mm.
