The construction of this hose is top-notch. The jacket is made of 100% high tenacity synthetic polyester yarn, circular woven in a special construction that maximizes tensile strength. For added protection, the jacket is completely embedded in high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which is suitable for drinking water applications. The TPU is forced through the jacket in an extrusion process, ensuring optimal jacket protection. The outside of the hose is smooth and highly abrasion resistant.

Not only is this hose built to withstand harsh conditions, but it also offers great convenience. It is easy to clean and disinfect, making maintenance a breeze. Additionally, it is extremely resistant to aging, ozone, and UV rays. With a temperature resistance ranging from -50°C to +75°C, this hose can perform reliably in a wide range of temperatures.

Our industrial hose has received the necessary certifications and approvals to ensure its quality and suitability for various applications. It is KTW-Approval Cat. A certified, DVGW W270 approved, and complies with BS6920-1:2000 (WRAS) standards, making it suitable for use in drinking water systems.
