Introducing the SN18 Compact Single-stage Worm Geared Motor with Solid Shaft:

The SN18 Compact Single-stage Worm Geared Motor is designed for efficiency and versatility in various industries. With its solid shaft, this motor allows for different shaft positions, providing flexibility in your application. Available in two stock options, the motor offers output powers of either 57W or 90W, with a standard speed of 3000 rpm. In addition, an alternative version with a slightly higher power of 93W and speed of 3300 rpm is also available.

The SN18 is particularly suitable for situations where space is limited, making it widely used in the door automation industry. Its compact design ensures seamless integration into tight spaces while providing optimal performance.

Notable features of the SN18 include its gearbox type, which is the solid shaft version, and its motor type, a 24V DC permanent magnet motor. The mounting design of the motor is B3u002FB14, allowing for convenient installation.

When it comes to gear ratios, the SN18 Solid Shaft model offers a wide range of options, including: 2,5, 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24, 30, 38, 50, 55, 75, and 100. Alternatively, the SN18H Hollow Shaft variant provides ratios of 7, 15, 20, 30, and 55. The motor is provided with a protection class of either IP40 or IP54. Other protection classes can be arranged upon request.

Additional technical details include the motor and gear being equipped with ball bearings for enhanced performance and longevity. The worms of the motor are hardened and ground, ensuring durability and smooth operation. The worm wheels are made from special bronze materials, further enhancing the motor's quality and efficiency.
