Our company operates in the Plastic Mold Industry sector, which plays a crucial role in supporting the widespread use of plastic. The design process is a key focus area for us, as we meticulously direct it towards our advanced machine park. This enables us to order the required mold set for manufacturing molds with utmost precision. Careful consideration is given to selecting the appropriate raw materials for the incoming mold set, ensuring compatibility with the specific product and production type. Our team works diligently to maintain optimal levels of quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

In addition to injection molds, our company also produces a range of specialized molds within the AYBERKSAN Plastic Mold Industry ZPL. These include hot runner, blow mold, rubber press mold, and insert mold, catering to diverse customer needs.

Our mold designs undergo thorough programming during the CAM phase, ensuring a seamless transition to processing on CNC machines. We also pay close attention to processes requiring dimensional precision, carefully reviewing and refining them. Once the programming is complete, the mold is processed on our state-of-the-art CNC machines.
