The Cradle 1010 is a sheet steel cradle designed specifically for the 200 to 220ml 1:1 side-by-side cartridges in the foam cartridge industry. It is available in a sleek black and turquoise color scheme, with the option to request other colors.

This cradle is driven by an extrusion rate of G= 2.9mm/pump and an extrusion force of approximately 1400N (at a manual force of 10kg). It is primarily used for foam cartridges, such as frame foam, but can also accommodate other drives upon request.

The Cradle 1010 offers several key benefits, including a patented parallel lever and symmetry drive. This unique design features two high-strength steel drive plates that move in symmetry, resulting in an optimal extrusion rate. Additionally, two ball bearings ensure optimal power transfer to the drive plates, and the drive rods are hardened and wear-free.

Another notable feature is the patented inline movement of the piston rods, which enhances efficiency. The cradle itself is made of professional steel, ensuring durability and reliability. It is available with four mechanical step-up ratios, and custom colors can be requested.

For packaging, each Cradle 1010 is individually packed in an outer box measuring 370mm x 180mm x 75mm.
