Our STAX brass fibers MS67 are manufactured using CuZn33n material, known for its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity properties. These fibers are available in three different grades, namely coarse (average fiber strength: approx. 120 μm), medium (average fiber strength: 90 μm), and fine (average fiber strength: 60 μm).

STAX brass fibers MS67 are offered in different forms to suit various applications. They can be supplied as strands on reels with a defined weight per meter and a width of 100 mm. Additionally, we can provide short fibers tailored to meet customer requirements. Alternatively, the fibers can be delivered as fleece on bales with a predetermined weight per square meter.

The primary applications of our STAX brass fibers MS67 are in friction materials, specifically for the production of brake pads and clutches. These fibers contribute to the enhanced performance and durability of these products.
