The PULSAIR pneumatic pulse-mixing technology is designed for homogenizing large tank volumes, mixing-in additives during lubrication oil production, and suspending solids in a liquid phase. With a patented worldwide process, this technology utilizes an adjustable pressure pulse injected underneath an accumulator plate that is installed on the tank's bottom. The injected pressurized air creates a large air bubble that moves through the tank, displacing the surrounding liquid while generating negative pressure underneath. This creates a vertical flow directed upwards in the tank, which can be adjusted by varying the pulse length and duration. Unlike mechanical agitators, the PULSAIR system requires very little vertical space in the tank and does not have any moving parts or shaft bearings inside.
