The MZR-1001 series of MBS hydraulic cylinders are specifically designed for use in the stationary mechanical engineering industry, where high-quality performance is required. These cylinders are known for their low friction operation and smooth, stick-slip-free movement. The lift and piston rod overhang can be adjusted according to specific needs.

To ensure a secure connection, the cylinder is equipped with a head flange mounting featuring a centering shoulder and a threaded shoulder on the piston rod. It also has screw-in holes for pipe fittings to BSPP ISO 1179-2 and vent holes to allow for flexible installation positions. The surfaces of the cylinder, except for the piston rod, are protected against corrosion with a black primer. Customized surface treatments are available upon request.

The piston rod, on the other hand, has a hard chromed surface that is carefully ground and polished for optimal performance. These cylinders are compatible with hydraulic fluids of types H, HL, and HLP as specified by DIN 51524 / 51525-1.
