Panelsell specializes in supplying insulated sandwich panels for commercial buildings, specifically coldrooms. These panels consist of two profiled metal sheets with a layer of insulation material in between. The outer sheets are typically made from steel, but stainless steel or aluminum can be used for special purposes. The standard thickness of these sheets ranges from 0.5mm to 1.0mm, but other strengths can be accommodated upon request. The panels commonly feature a Eurobox-marked profile on the sheet, although smooth and micro-ribbed surface finishes are also available.

The core insulation of these composite wall panels is usually rigid polyurethane foam (PU/PUR), which offers excellent thermal efficiency. However, panels with core insulation made of rockwool or polyisocyanurate foam (PIR), which provide enhanced fire protection, are becoming increasingly popular. These panels are equipped with fire-rating classes and are constructed using non-combustible materials.

The panels are assembled using a tongue and groove system and can be attached with either open or secret fixing. In open-fixing panels, the mounted screws are visible, while secret-fixing joints conceal the screws when mounted.
