We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cutting tools specifically designed for cutting credit cards and similar-shaped cards. Our tools are also used in the assembly of these cards, whether they are made of paper or other materials. Additionally, our dies are widely utilized in the production of medical products.

We take pride in our ability to produce custom-made knives and assemblies based on our customers' specific requirements. With the help of our clients' suggestions, we develop and manufacture cutting tools that perfectly match their needs. We are also capable of creating complete tools based on the provided drawing documentation.

Furthermore, we offer services and reconstructions for special tools, particularly cutting assemblies. This includes not only cutting individual parts, but also complete reconstructions, which involve the production of new parts when necessary.

To ensure the longevity of our knives, we apply special coatings to their surfaces. These coatings, which have a thickness range of 2-6 µm, effectively extend the lifespan of the tools. One of our coating options is the PVD-VARIANTIC alternative Duplex, which consists of PVD coating combined with nitriding. This coating provides optimal performance and durability.
