BIEGLO offers a wide range of PEEK compounds, catering to various industries. Our PEEK compounds are available in both raw material and semi-finished product forms.

Our PEEK compounds are highly versatile and can be customized to meet specific requirements. We offer variants with carbon or glass fibers, as well as with PTFE and tribological compounds containing a mix of PEEK, PTFE, carbon fibers, and graphite. Additionally, we also supply PEEK color compounds.

One of our standout products is PEEK-CF30, which boasts exceptional mechanical and thermal properties. The incorporation of carbon fibers enhances stiffness, creep resistance, and thermal conductivity. Moreover, PEEK-CF30 exhibits outstanding resistance to hydrolysis when exposed to boiling water or hot steam.

Another notable product is PEEK-GF30, known for its improved mechanical strength and high rigidity. The inclusion of glass fibers enhances creep resistance and dimensional stability. Its long-lasting durability makes it ideal for high static and high temperature applications. PEEK-GF30 is also highly resistant to common solvents and can withstand exposure to high gamma rays.
