He-ja specializes in constructing shrink tunnels that are designed specifically for your products. Our company offers a wide range of 40 different tunnel variants suitable for both dry and wet rooms. The standard width of our hoods ranges from 500mm to 1500mm, and our tunnels are available in lengths of 1,800mm, 2,200mm, 2,800mm, and 3,600mm. If your product requires a customized solution, we are more than capable of providing the appropriate technical design.The heating power of our shrink tunnels ranges from 15KW to 36KW, depending on the size of the hood and tunnel length. Our best-selling shrink tunnel, the T600, has a total length of 1,800mm (with a hood length of 1,200mm) and a hood height of up to 300mm. This tunnel can effortlessly shrink 80my PE shrink films with a heating power of 15KW, allowing for a capacity of up to 10 repackages per minute. Our shrink tunnels excel in energy efficiency, thanks to the meticulous design of control components and the optimal balance between air flow and temperature.
