We offer a wide range of classic cold rolling mills as well as electrolytically galvanized strip, which is ideal for industries that require excellent corrosion protection. Our electrolytically galvanized strip is equipped with a zinc coating that provides superior corrosion resistance.To address the common issue of zinc abrasion during the processing of galvanized strips, we have collaborated with our customers to develop a solution called ZPL (Zinc Plus Paint). This innovative product features an organic coating system that is applied immediately after electrolytic galvanizing. The result is a colorless and uniform layer with a dry film thickness ranging from 0.50 to 3.00 µm. Moreover, the ZPL coating can be supplied in any desired color.ZPL offers numerous advantages, including enhanced corrosion protection, excellent sliding properties that prevent zinc abrasion on tools, reduced tool wear, and extended tool life. Additionally, ZPL enables oil-free processing and provides a coating and printable layer with Anti Finger Print properties.With our electrolytically galvanized strip and the revolutionary ZPL coating, we provide our customers with top-quality products that deliver exceptional performance and longevity in their respective industries.
