Product Description:

Polyester heaters, also known as Polyester film heaters or Polyester foil heaters, are specially designed heating elements. These heaters consist of an electrically conductive ink sandwiched between two insulating layers of polyester. The average height of these heaters is only 0.2 mm, and they can be produced in a wide range of shapes and cut-outs.

Polyester foil heaters are highly durable and can withstand permanent temperatures of up to 90°C (or up to a maximum of 100°C for short periods). The exact temperature that a Polyester heating element will reach in a particular application is difficult to predict due to various influencing factors. Factors such as power, mass of the heated goods, ambient temperature, air currents, mounting method, and control technology all come into play.

These flexible heaters find application in a variety of industries. They are commonly used in cup warmers for coffee machines, mirror heaters, plate heat exchangers, and flat applications where the target temperature is below 90°C.
