Our whole apples are carefully harvested to ensure the highest quality. We take great care to ensure that our apples are clean and virtually free of any visible foreign matter. Additionally, our apples are free of parasites or any signs of attacks from parasites, as well as abnormal external moisture. We guarantee that our apples are free from any foreign odors and are delicious in taste.

The apples are categorized in two sections: Premium and (1). In the Premium category, the color of the red fruit must cover at least 75% of the surface, and it is extra waxed. These apples are not packed in a bag. Royal Gala apples in this category have a minimum caliber of 65 mm. Apples in this category must be of good quality, with the characteristic shape, caliber, and color of the variety. While slight defects of form, development, or staining are allowed, the pulp should not be deteriorated.

In category (2), defects of shape, development, and staining are admitted as long as the fruits maintain their minimum characteristics. The pulp should not have any serious defects.
