Our radiator valves DIN 42560 type A and type A OR are specifically designed for use in the transformer industry. These valves are intended to be welded onto transformer walls or connection pipes. The radiator can be conveniently flanged on the four M16 holes with a PCD (pitch circle diameter) of 160 mm. Unlike valves with casted housing, our radiator valve features a housing made of forged steel S355J2G3, ensuring no leakage.

The metal sealed clap of our radiator valve allows for minimal leakage, while the soft-sealed radiator valve guarantees complete oil- and vacuum-tightness. Both types of valves are designed to be absolutely tight in operation, protecting against any external leaks. Our welding neck radiator valves DIN 42560 type A NW 80 fully comply with the tightness requirements and operating conditions specified in DIN 42560 and EN 50216-8.
