The Uni Condens 8000 F stainless steel condensing boiler is specifically designed for heating applications in the range of 50 to 115 kW. This boiler can operate using either gas or low-sulphur heating oil, making it versatile for various fuel options. Its compact size and lightweight construction facilitate easy installation, requiring minimal space.

One of the key features of the Uni Condens is its intelligent water flow system, which incorporates separate return connections. This setup provides optimal conditions for condensation, resulting in high standard utilization ratios. When running on oil, the Uni Condens can achieve a standard utilization ratio of up to 104%. Furthermore, with gas fuel, it can even reach up to 110%.

This condensing boiler is equipped with an efficient condensate heat recovery surface. The tubes are designed with special profiling to maximize the utilization of the condensation potential. This ensures that the available heat energy is effectively captured, promoting higher energy efficiency. The incorporation of a burnout combustion chamber further enhances clean combustion, resulting in low emissions.

To optimize the heating system's performance, the Uni Condens features two return flow sockets. This enables the separation of hot and cold water circuits, allowing for customized temperature control in different areas of the space being heated.
