Our sanding discs are designed for intermediate and final sanding in various industries such as woodworking and plastics. They are suitable for use with eccentric sanding machines, edge sanders, single, and multi-disc floor machines. The discs come in a vibrant yellow color with a diameter of 410 mm and a multi-hole shape. Additionally, they are coated with an antistatic material.

Depending on the specific application, our sanding discs are available in different backing materials such as paper, cloth, or film. Discs with foil backing are particularly useful for achieving a flat surface finish and are ideal for sanding materials like Corian, Varicor, Avonite, polyester, high gloss lacquers, acrylic glass, and other plastics.

For example, our WB 243 sanding disc is made of aluminum oxide abrasive grit. It features an antistatic coating and a Velcro fastener, offering convenience and efficiency. The disc is suitable for large, intermediate, and fine sanding, and it has a white-grey color. It comes with a resin bond and can be ordered with or without holes. Please remember to order the Velcro disc separately for immediate use.

Another option is our WB 944 sanding system, which is specifically designed for orbital and eccentric sanders. It utilizes ceramic grit to ensure cloud-free surface sanding. The sanding discs have a blue color, a latex C-paper backing, and a synthetic resin bond. They are also antistatic, further enhancing their performance.
