Product Description:
The product is available in various sizes including DN100, DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300, DN350, and DN400. It consists of two half-bodies made from cast aluminum with a double flange design. The upper and lower flanges are identical. The fitting also allows for the installation of a flexible connection SFU.

Moreover, this product features a pressure/vacuum seal capability of up to 0.2 bar. The disc is available in either aluminum or stainless steel AISI 304 (with the option to request AISI 316). Additionally, the product includes an NBR gasket, and upon request, gaskets suitable for food contact such as HNBR Therban or Viton can be provided.

The gasket profile is designed for sealing purposes either on the disc or covering the flanges. The product comes with a choice of DN5482 splined drive shaft or ISO 5211 square drive, both available in standard or extended lengths.

For customers requiring ATEX certification, there is an ATEX certified version available upon request. Lastly, the product can be operated manually, through motorized actuators, or via pneumatic actuators.
