Introducing the Loader ZZ-120, the efficient solution for loading grain, granules, pellets, and more. This versatile loader is suitable for any type of wagon or container, making it a must-have in the industry. With a remarkable loading capacity of up to 120 tons per hour, the ZZ-120 grain loader is designed to meet the demands of high-volume operations.

Equipped with an impressive flight range of up to 20 meters and a height of up to 9 meters, this loader offers flexibility and adaptability. The flight range can be easily adjusted within just one second to accommodate various loading requirements. Furthermore, the 360-degree rotation capability allows for seamless loading into wagons and containers of any length and height.

The ZZ-120 grain loader consists of a trimmer with a support and an electric motor, a special trimmer pipe, and a user-friendly control panel. Notably, the electricity consumption for loading 1 ton of grain is an incredibly low 0.046 kWh. For enhanced control and customization, the control panel can be fitted with a frequency converter to further regulate the flight range and height.

Unlike alternative container loading systems like FulFiller, the ZZ-120 grain loader eliminates the need for direct hooking onto the container using a forklift. This streamlines the loading process and improves overall efficiency.
