Alpers flexible circuits, capacitive sensors, and antennas are manufactured using screen printing techniques, allowing for ultra-thin thicknesses (minimum 0.2mm). These products find applications in various industries where signal transmission, even in the presence of electric current, reliability, flexibility without compromising the circuit, and minimal thickness are essential requirements.

In the capacitive sensor version, these screen-printed sheets serve as signals for IoT systems in various applications. The circuits are created by depositing silver-based tracks, mixed with other components, onto the sheets using screen printing. These tracks are then protected with insulating layers, ensuring high dielectric rigidity of over 3750V.

As per customer specifications, the product can be made adhesive, either partially or fully, and can also be integrated with any type of cable and connector.
