The PZM-120M grain thrower is a highly efficient machine designed for the rapid loading and transfer of grains in various industries. Its primary purpose is to load grains into different modes of transport quickly and effectively.

In addition to loading, the PZM-120M grain thrower is also utilized for transferring grains from one location to another. During this transfer process, it effectively removes moisture and light impurities from the grains, ensuring their quality during long-term storage.

The PZM-120M grain loader is compatible with a wide range of transport vehicles, including grain carriers, automobiles, railway cars, containers, barges, and trailers. It boasts exceptional loading speed, capable of fully loading a grain truck within approximately 15 minutes.

Specifically designed for working with grains, oilseeds, legumes, and industrial crops, the PZM-120M grain thrower minimizes grain trauma, ensuring the integrity of the harvested produce with less than 0.1% damage.

To facilitate the loading process, the PZM-120M grain thrower employs scraper feeders to transport the grains onto the conveyor. The conveyor then loads the grains into the trimmer, which forcefully throws them through a specially designed guide tube. The trimmer, along with the pipe, can conveniently rotate up to 257 degrees, allowing easy adjustment of the grain's flight direction and height. These adjustments can be made in less than 3 seconds, ensuring efficient and precise grain transfer operations.
