Introducing wege®, the highly versatile cable gland system designed for durability and reliability. Available in a range of materials including brass, stainless steel, and plastic, wege® is suitable for various industries.

The stainless steel variant of wege® is crafted from AISI 316 Ti, ensuring exceptional strength and resistance to corrosion. The sealing insert is made of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), providing a tight and secure seal. The o-ring is constructed from NBR-Oz (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), further enhancing the sealing capabilities.

With a robust protection class of IP66/IP68 and capable of withstanding up to 5 bar of pressure, wege® guarantees optimal protection against dust, water, and other external elements. It meets the stringent requirements of DIN EN 62444 Tab. 2A for strain relief, ensuring secure cable connections.

wege® demonstrates its versatility through its wide range of temperature tolerance, spanning from -40 °C to +100 °C. This makes it suitable for applications in extreme temperature conditions.

The short connection thread of wege® features a two-piece sealing insert, available in sizes ranging from M16 to M63. This design allows for easy installation and efficient sealing of cables. Additionally, for smaller cable diameters, wege® offers a short connection thread with a one-piece sealing insert, available in sizes from M12 to M63.
