The high-quality finish for the beverage industry is designed to meet the specific needs of handling carbon dioxide, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of up to 96%. The construction of this product includes a light-colored special tube that is tension and pressure resistant, along with highly elastic fabric inlays. Additionally, there is an optional concealed steel spiral for added strength. The red, abrasion-resistant and weather-resistant cover ensures durability, while the interior and exterior are smooth and fabric-patterned. The hose is suitable for CIP and conventional cleaning, and can withstand brief steam cleaning up to 120°C. SIMON food quality hoses use food-grade materials that meet the requirements of the German Institute for Consumer Health Protection and Veterinary Medicine (BfR) and the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA). This product can be purchased by the roll or in fixed lengths, and can also be customized with built-in fittings using the SIMON - Vulkofix method upon request.
