Our boards are composed of a rigid, self-extinguishing polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) core that is completely safe and free of harmful Freon. This foam core is sandwiched between two galvanized steel sheets, coated with a 25 µm organic polyester lacquer. This coating not only adds durability but also gives the boards an attractive appearance.

One of the standout features of our boards is their impressive thermal insulation properties, with a thermal conduction coefficient of λ = 0.022 W/m*K. This means that heat transfer through the boards is significantly reduced, leading to energy savings and a more comfortable environment.

Furthermore, our PIR foam is characterized by its enhanced resistance to high temperatures. It decomposes at temperatures exceeding 325ºC, with a carbonization rate of approximately 50%. This carbonized layer acts as a protective barrier, preventing the penetration of high temperatures and increasing the overall effectiveness of our boards as a fire protection solution.
