The Morgan Rushworth HDP Range of Hyperformance High Definition XD CNC metal cutting plasma is designed for the manufacturing industry. It provides a virtually dross-free cutting of profiles in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium sheet and plate material. Equipped with the advanced Hypertherm Hyperformance plasma unit, this machine offers highly effective cutting capacities, resulting in fast production and high-quality finished component parts. The Hypertherm MicroEDGE CNC controller allows for easy drawing imports in DXF and DWG file format from various sources such as a disk, CD, USB port, or through an ethernet connection. Additionally, the machine comes with a range of preloaded standard shapes that can be edited and dimensioned using the keypad control. The LCD screen provides clear visualization of the designs. To operate efficiently, this plasma machine requires an extraction/filtration system, which can be included as optional equipment. Alternatively, the machine can be connected to a new or existing factory ducted system, providing flexibility and adaptability to different manufacturing environments.
